® 0 DATE: 2/11/85 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />ITEM NO.:7 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Ettinger Transfer and Leasing Corporation application for <br />special use permit at 2360 County Road C. <br />The Planning Commission, at its February 6 meeting, unanimously reconraended approval <br />of Ettinger Transfer and Leasing Corporation application for special Lse permit at <br />2360 County Road Cr with the following conditions: <br />1) That the development be constructed in accordance with site plan dated 9/1/85 <br />and revised 1/15, 1/21 and 1/29, 1985. <br />2) That the drainage, utility and landscaping plans be approved by staff. <br />3) That in lieu of constructing a sidewalk, the applicant shall deposit with the <br />C,cy an amount which is equal to the estimated cost of the sidewalk. <br />4) That the fence located on public right-of-way may remain until the right-of-way <br />is needed, and then shall be removed at the owner's expense. <br />5) That an additional 4 feet, six inches of right-of-way be dedicated for County <br />Road C. <br />Attached is the Planner's Report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Moton approving/denying Ettinger Transfer and Leasing <br />Corporation application for special use permit at 2360 <br />County Road C (with conditions if desired). <br />
