2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE TELEPHONE 484.337 1 OS(9vi e MINNE T SO A 551 <br />February 15, 1985 <br />Mr. Mike Ettinger <br />2711 Fairview Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Ettinger: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its February 11 meeting, approved <br />Ettinger Tranfer and Leasing Corporation's application for <br />special use permit at 2360 County Road C, with the following <br />conditions: <br />1) That the development be constructed in accordance with site <br />plan dated 9/1/84 and revised 1/15, 1/21 and 1/29, 1985. <br />2) That the drainage, utility and landscaping plans be approved <br />by staff. <br />3) That in lieu of constructing a sidewalk, the applicant shall <br />deposit with the City an amount which is equal to the <br />estimated cost of the sidewalk. <br />4, That the fence located on public right-of-way may remain <br />until the right-of-way is needed. <br />5) That an additional four feet, six inches of right-of-way be <br />dedicated for County Road C. <br />The special use permit will expire six months from the date of <br />approval, unless you have obtained a building permit and begun <br />construction of your project. <br />If you have any questions regarding this action, please call me. <br />S i=e>`e ly, , <br />50ve North <br />Assistant City Manager <br />JN:bc <br />
