VII - D <br />situated is described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by <br />reference made a part hereof and entitled "Legal Description <br />of the Property°'. The building consists of approximately u <br />49,819 square feet. <br />2. Lease Term.-The'term of this lease shall be for a <br />period of twenty-four (24) months, commencing on the 1st day <br />of August, 1988, and expiring on the 31st day of July, 1990. <br />The Tenant shall have the option to extend this lease <br />including all of the terms and conditions as set forth <br />herein unless the Landlord has notified the Tenant in <br />writing on or before February 1, 1990 that the lease shall <br />terminate as of July 319 1990. Unless the Landlord has <br />notified the Tenant in writing on or before February 19 1990 <br />that the lease shall terminate on July 31, 1990 the Tenant <br />may exercise the option to extend this lease for a one year <br />period commencing August 1, 1990 through July 319 1991 by <br />serving written notice on the Landlord on or before March 1, <br />1990. <br />3. Permitted Use. The premises shall be used by the <br />Tenant solely for the following purposes: instructional and <br />other related educational purposes, office support for edu- <br />cational purposes, preschool programs, daycare programs, and <br />community and civic functions. <br />The Tenant shall not use nor permit the use of the pre- <br />mises or any portion thereof, for any other purpose what- <br />-2- VII - D <br />
