VII - D <br />soever, without first obtaining Landlord's written consent <br />thereto. <br />u. Applicable Codes Ordinances and Conditions. <br />A. At its own expense the Tenant agrees to comply with <br />all codes, ordinances and conditions applicable to the <br />leasing and operation of the building in which the r <br />leased space is situated. <br />B. The Landlord makes no representations or warranties <br />that the premises are zoned for the use contemplated by <br />the Tenant. The Tenant shell have the sole re.spon- <br />sibility for, shall use to its best efforts and shall <br />bear the cost of obtaining such permit or use classifi- <br />t. <br />cation as is required by law for Tenant's intended use <br />of the leased premises. <br />C. The Tenant shall not keep, permit or allow any non- <br />prescribed drugs nor any liquors or beverages of any <br />intoxicating nature or tendency to be sold, kept or <br />tolerated on the leased premises. <br />D.
