VII - D <br />said within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written <br />direction to do so from Landlord. In the event Tenant <br />-.h <br />shall fail to remove any of Tenant's property as pro- <br />vided herein? Landlord may, but is not obligated to, at <br />Tenant's expense, remove all of Tenant's property not so <br />removed and repair all damage to the premises resulting <br />E <br />from such removal. <br />B. Abandonment: Tenant shall not abandon or vacate the <br />premises at any time during the term hereof. If Tenant <br />shall abandon, vacate or otherwise surrender the prem'i- <br />ses, or be dispossessed thereof by proess of law or <br />otherwise, the same shall constitute a default under - <br />this Lease on the part of Tenant. <br />ti <br />L <br />11. :old Over. In the event Tenant shall hold over or <br />remain in possession of the premises with the consent of the <br />Landlord after the expiration of the stated term of this <br />Lease, such holding over of continued possession shall <br />create a tenancy from month to month only, upon the same <br />terms and conditions as are herein set: forth so far as the <br />same are applicable. <br />12. Quiet Possession.
