' <br />supplies will be approved by the operations director <br />and admitted after <br />approval. <br />' <br />All visitors will park in the visitors lot adjacent to, <br />the entry section of the site. <br />They will be screened <br />by a receptionist upon entering the visitors <br />entry to <br />the building. Any entry into the processing and <br />storage area will be <br />' <br />cleared by the operations manager <br />and all visitors will be <br />escorted through the <br />controlled portions of the Facility. The door between <br />the <br />office area and the process and storage area will <br />be closed at all times. <br />All doors and gates to the active portion of the <br />Facility will be inspected <br />and locked after business <br />hours. Warning signs will be located <br />at the entrance <br />gate a.d on the perimeter fence and unfenced exterior <br />of the building. Additional <br />signs will be placed at <br />all door openings into the building. All <br />signs will <br />contain the phrase "Danger, Unauthorized Personnel Keep <br />Out." <br />The building perimeter personnel and truck door <br />openings will all be <br />protecteH by an electronic, <br />supervised, central station security system. <br />l <br />include magnetic door contacts, motion detectorsinwill <br />movement areas, and fire, heat, and smoke detectors <br />with alarms transmitted <br />to the central station. <br />7. Inspection and Maintenance Plan. <br />7.10 General. <br />Periodic ns the <br />equipment isanintrinsic <br />partcofoanooverallacilitpersonneld <br />safety and environmental security <br />of the Facility inspection plan isptogrrescribe purpose <br />procedures that will be implemented for inspectinge <br />ethe <br />Facility. Routine inspections <br />are required to detect <br />malfunctions, deterioration, <br />operator errors, leaks and <br />discharges which could cause processing disruptions, <br />threats <br />to human lealth and/or environmental damage. <br />Facility inspections will be <br />conducted routinely to <br />identify problems and to initiate <br />corrective actions <br />before they can create problems. To accomplish this, <br />inspections will be <br />conducted to insure that proper <br />safety and emergency equipment is available and in <br />working order, security devices are in good repair and <br />operating, and <br />process equipment is in safe working <br />condition. Storage areas will also be inspected <br />for <br />small leaks and accumulations of material. <br />This Plan identifies the areas and items to be <br />routinely inspected and fixes the minimum frequency of <br />said inspections.
