In. reaching <br />a final determination on the Letter of Modification subject to this notice, the <br />MPCA will follow its rules for informational meetings and contested case hearing <br />[ Minn. Rules pt. 7001.0670 (1987) ] and for final determinations [ Minn. Rules <br />pts. 7001.0680 (1987) ]. Notification of the permit modification decision will <br />be provided to each person who submitted written or oral comments or requested <br />notice of the decision. In accordance with Minn. Rules pts. 7001.0660 subp. E. <br />(1987), the MPCA Commissioner will respond to all significant comments on the <br />draft Letter of Modification, specify what actions the MPCA will take in <br />response to the comments, state which provisions of the Letter of Modification <br />were changed, if any, and indicate whether additional documents have been <br />included in the administrative record. <br />
