2• Exposed wood framing and combustible materials will not be <br />allowed above Tenant's finished ceiling. <br />II. KCAL DESIGN CRITERIt, <br />A. Tenant Toilet Exhaust. Tenant shall design and provide exhaust, <br />including fan, from Tenant's toilet facilities as per code <br />requirements. Exhaust discharge openings directly to exterior <br />thru roof. <br />B. Miscellaneous Exhaust System. All odor and Moisture producing areas <br />and high heat producing equipment and appliances must be exhausted by <br />special mechanical exhaust systems to atmosphere. Special exhaust <br />systems shall be designed to prevent odors, heat and/or moisture fran <br />entering other Tenant's premises. Exhaust air quantities shall be in <br />an adequate amount and shall be no less than required by fie. <br />C. Special exhaust "'stems including fans, ductwork, registers,, grilles <br />controls and accessories shall be provided by Tenant. Exhaust <br />discharge openings directly to the exterior will not be allowed <br />without permission of landlord. In all cases, exhaust ductwork shall <br />connect directly to exhaust hoods, if providers, or registers or <br />grilles mounted in ceiling in ventilated area. <br />D. Make -Up Air System. Tenant shall provide a <br />complete make-up air <br />system if Tenant requires exhaust air quantities in excess of ten <br />percent (10%) of total air allowed to the premises upon approval of <br />landlord. Energy equipment and distribution for make-up air system <br />shall be provided by tenant. <br />E.
