on all sinks, basins, and special sanitary units which may in any <br />way receive human or animal hair. After installation, these hair <br />interceptors shall be properly policed so as to keep the sanitary <br />system free from any adverse conditions. <br />H. Grease Interceptors. An adequately sized grease interceptor shall <br />be installed as approved by the Landlord on all pet sinks, scullery <br />sinks, pre -wash sinks, dishwashers and on any other kitchen units. <br />I. GAS PIPING REQUIREMENTS: <br />1. Gas piping 1-1" and over shall be Schedule 40 black steel pipe <br />with welded joints and fittings on all sizes. <br />2. Gas piping 1" and under may be Schedule 40 black steel with <br />screwed fittings if permitted by local code. <br />3. Gas cocks and unions shall be installed ahead of each applicance. <br />J. FIRE PROCTELMON: <br />1. Landlord's System. Landlord shall furnish and install an <br />automatic wet, activated fire sprinkler system. The system <br />design will be on an ordinary hazard basis, uniform grid type <br />with not less than one head for every 130 square feet of floor <br />area. Sprinkler heads will be chrome pendant with a 1" x i" <br />bushing. Landlord's sprinkler piping and heads will be installed <br />approximately 1018" fran concrete floor. <br />2. Tenant's System. <br />a. Tenant shall design and install any additions or alterations, <br />including dropping of heads, to the Landlord's system. <br />b. All work shall be designed and installed on an ordinary hazard <br />basis. Tenant must use Landlord's fire sprinkler contractor for <br />all work performed. <br />=W <br />
