2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE TELEPHONE 4.4-337 I r(jsevilleMINNESOTA 55113 <br />February 20, 1985 <br />c <br />Mr. Tom Borman r� <br />Maslon, Edelman, Borman and Brand (� <br />1800 Midwest Plaza <br />Minneapolis, MN 55442 <br />Dear Mr. Borman: <br />This is in response to a phone conversation between Tom Erlich, <br />yourself, and this office regarding a letter from Steve North, <br />Assistant City Manager, dated February 15, 1985. <br />The specific paragraph discussed was as follows: <br />"The special use permit and variances will expire six months <br />from the date of approval unless you have obtained a <br />building permit and begun construction of the project." <br />This paragraph is based on the Roseville City Code, Section <br />12.070. <br />If for any reason it is not possible to grant a building permit <br />within the six month period, the applicant needs to request an <br />extension for the special use permit and variances, and a <br />statement of why the extension is needed. Such requests in the <br />past have been approved by the City Council.
