Places of public assembly, including libraries, museums, <br />auditoriums and similar uses: 4.1 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. of gross <br />floor area or 1 space per 3 seats in design capacity of all auditoriums <br />or places of assembly whichever is greater. <br />8.
