The <br />proposed form of screening should be provided to the city. <br />The proposed sign location does not meet city setback <br />requirements and would require a variance if placed in the <br />proposed location. <br />8. Sidewalk is required along the south and west property lines <br />of the site. The sidewalk should be located in the city <br />right-of-way one foot south and west of the north and east <br />lot lines of the property. <br />
