REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Aliproval: Manager Reviewed: <br />Hearings <br />DATE: 4-24-89 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Agenda Section: <br />Item Description: Welsh Companies request for final plat at 1665 <br />County Road B-2. <br />The City Council at. its March 27, 1989 meeting approved Welsh <br />Companies request for comprehensive plan change, rezoning, special <br />use permit for a planned unit development, variance to parking <br />stall requirements and preliminary plat at 1665 County Road B-2. <br />The Council scheduled the public hearing for the final plat for <br />April 24, 1989. The developer has not yet submitted a final plat <br />for city consideration, therefore, it would be appropriate for the <br />City Council to consider continuing the public hearing on this <br />matter until May 22, 1.963. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance of <br />Welsh Companies request for final plat at <br />1665 County Road B-2 until 9,9&�ry 22, 1989. <br />
