ATTACHMENT NO. 1 <br />RECAP OF HOUSE CONSTRUCTION <br />September, 1986 <br />Received approval of variance from the <br />City of Roseville. <br />Novenibcr, 1986 <br />We met with the Architect and prepared <br />the preliminary house plan for footings <br />and floor plan. <br />Dec., 1986 - Jan., <br />1987 Reviewed with the Architect the pre- <br />liminary plans of the house. <br />February, 1987 <br />Architect printed final foundation plans <br />and floor plan. <br />March, 1987 <br />Delivered two sets of the plans to the <br />City of Roseville and applied and paid <br />for permit fee. <br />March 9, 1987 <br />Permit was received for the garage addition, <br />including the bedrooms, bath, entry, base- <br />ment and driveway. <br />March, 1987 <br />Building Inspector, Gordon Beseth, asked 4 <br />that before construction started, he <br />war.,ed to see the building section and <br />preliminary elevations. <br />May, 1987 <br />Delivered the building sections to Gordon <br />Beseth for review and included the pre- <br />liminary elevations. <br />June, 1987 <br />Visited with Gordon Beseth and he suggested <br />we prepare with the Architect the elevations <br />for remodeling the old house that would be <br />left after this project. This way the <br />City had the plan for the total remodeling <br />project and all the elevations. <br />June -July, 1987 <br />The Architect prepared final plans and <br />made up a model with two roof types for <br />review. <br />August -Sept., 1987 <br />Reviewed with the family and both neighbors <br />the house plans, the elevations and the <br />Architect's model. <br />
