r ATTACHMENT NO. 2 <br />RECAP OF HOUSE CONSTRUCTION <br />April. 14, 1988 The exterior construction was <br />resumed on the home and the interior <br />finish work was started. <br />April —May, 1988 We proceeded to complete the items on <br />the list from the staff meeting: <br />1. We revised the east elevation <br />Labor Cost $1,200 <br />2. We installed -gutters and down— <br />spouts on the east side of the <br />home <br />Cost $ 375' <br />3. The retaining wall was revised <br />to include a step back to reduce <br />the height <br />Labor Cost $ 290 <br />Material Cost 72 <br />Total $ 362 <br />4. Installed landscaping on east <br />property line included more <br />shrubs than Mr. Larson asked for <br />�. Repair was not done to Mr. Larson's <br />garage as he refused to let the <br />carpenters proceed with the work <br />on three different occasions. <br />6. I have asked Mr. Larson for the <br />invoice for the sealer and he <br />has refused to tell me the cost. <br />7.
