The transition between the properties <br />was landsc6ping with an additional <br />step retaining wall and shrubs. <br />May 20, 1988 <br />During the following week, after <br />May 20th, i personally tried to have <br />Mr. Larson sign the minor variance so <br />it could be turned over to the City. <br />At this point, he became extremely <br />belligerent and at times, hostile for <br />no apparent reason. <br />On or about June 9th, I forwarded a <br />letter to Mr. Larson regarding the <br />compliance with the items on our <br />list, with the exception of the three <br />previously stated. On or about June <br />loth, I delivered to Mr. Larson a <br />letter with two copies of the minor <br />variance asking him to please sign <br />so they can be delivered to the Ci:,... <br />_ <br />On or about June 13th, I delivered <br />a copy of the minor variance and a <br />check to Gordon Beseth at the City <br />of Roseville and told him that Mr. <br />Larson has refused to sign the minor - <br />variance application. <br />At this point Mr. Larson became <br />indugent and belligerent to myself <br />personally. At this time, he said <br />he would talk to my attorney as he <br />no longer wished to discuss this -. <br />situation with me personally. I <br />then contacted my attorney and asked <br />him to talk to Mr. Larson to try to <br />resolve this. <br />My attorney then contacted Mr. Larson <br />by phone on June 22nd. He drafted <br />a letter that Mr. Larson requested <br />that would be attached to the minor <br />variance so it could be sent to the <br />City. <br />
