As we understand it, Mr. Larson was not <br />satisfied with some <br />of the agreed upon solutions. Thus, he did not sign <br />the approval <br />necessary for processing the variance as a minor variance. <br />6. We presume that Mr. Larson will be present at the <br />hearing <br />and will be <br />able to present his views as to his concerns. <br />It is <br />obvious that <br />portions of the house extend east to within 3 feet <br />of the <br />property `line <br />rather " than the allowable 5 feet. If a variance <br />- is not <br />issued, he <br />correct action is to remove 2 feet of the east side <br />of the <br />house so. as <br />to conform to the required 5 foot setback. <br />Hopefully, through <br />- discussions at the Planning Commission and Council, <br />some <br />resolution to <br />this problem may evolve. <br />s <br />a <br />i <br />
