The City <br />Attorney's office is in the process of developing a specific <br />ordinance for city council consideration. <br />Once this ordinance is <br />completed, it: will be reviewed by staff and presented to the <br />Council for final action. Therefore, it would be appropriate for <br />the Council to continue this matter until April 10, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance <br />of the public hearing conce--ing an <br />amendment to the zoning ordinance <br />provisions pertaining to outside <br />display of merchandise until April <br />10, 1989. <br />
