Councilman Losleben stated that he would prefer <br />that the prospective property owner submit house plans and �+ <br />that filling to accommodate the landscaping plan be consider-I'� <br />ed at that time. <br />Dr. Milnar stated that he is not trying to do anything I) <br />excessive, that he simply wants to accomplish a filling plan <br />which would give him some potential for sale. <br />Mayor Lockwood stated that the land should be saleable if the.. <br />Council would pass a motion indicating that it has no pre- <br />judice to bui.ldinq on the lot providing the purchaser submit <br />. <br />a plan for building and landscaping. <br />After discussion, Councilman Mertensotto moved that the <br />hearing be continued to 7:30 P.M. on December 4th. <br />Councilman Hartmann seconded the motion. <br />. Ayes: 5 <br />� <br />Nays: 0 <br />Dr. Milnar requested that staff research the history of the <br />01 <br />lot to the north of his property for filling and building <br />permit information. <br />Y <br />YACKEL LOT <br />Mr. Roger Yackel was present, at the Council's request to <br />- <br />DIVISION <br />discuss the division of Lot 1, Vandall's Outlots, and the <br />pending sale of the westerly lot, including the old struc- <br />ture. The Council acknowledged receipt of memos from the <br />City Administrator, Clerk and Code Enforcement Officer rela- <br />tive to the matter. Mayor Lockwood pointed out that a lettez'i, <br />from the City Planner dated January 30, 1979, indicates that <br />` <br />it was the intent of the property owner that the existing <br />structure be razed, and it was on that bisis that the Council <br />considered and granted the subdivision approval. lie stated <br />that the Cotuicil was advised a week ago that this wasn't <br />the case and that there is a pending sale of the property. <br />Mr. Yackel introduced Mrs. Donna Bradt and her son Peter, <br />purchasers of the lot. <br />Mr. Yackel stated that the first time he discussed the ; <br />matter with the City Planner tie indicated that he had two i <br />different approaches, one being to tear down the existing <br />structure, and the other to remodel the structure.
