The Council acknowledged receipt of memos from the <br />City Administrator, Clerk and Code Enforcement Officer rela- <br />tive to the matter. Mayor Lockwood pointed out that a lettez'i, <br />from the City Planner dated January 30, 1979, indicates that <br />` <br />it was the intent of the property owner that the existing <br />structure be razed, and it was on that bisis that the Council <br />considered and granted the subdivision approval. lie stated <br />that the Cotuicil was advised a week ago that this wasn't <br />the case and that there is a pending sale of the property. <br />Mr. Yackel introduced Mrs. Donna Bradt and her son Peter, <br />purchasers of the lot. <br />Mr. Yackel stated that the first time he discussed the ; <br />matter with the City Planner tie indicated that he had two i <br />different approaches, one being to tear down the existing <br />structure, and the other to remodel the structure.
