That the development, conditional to the PUD, be constructed as <br />indicated on the submitted plans labelled P1, P2, and P3 dated <br />February 27, 1987. <br />2. The sidewalk should be constructed 6 foot wide contiguous to <br />Transit Avenue and Rice Street. <br />3. The service drive from Transit Avenue to County Road B-2 be <br />constructed and -maintained by the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block <br />1 Transit Second Addition. <br />4. Periphery of parking areas, drives, and islands be constructed with <br />poured -in -place concrete curb. <br />5. Final grading, drainage, utilities, and engineering and landscape <br />plans to be subject to approval of the staff. <br />6. Special Use Permit for a service station and convenience store <br />subject to construction in accordance with drawings P1, P2, and <br />P3 dated February 27, 1987, as submitted. <br />
