Attorney Murray submitted the names of'3ixteen objectors whom he represented. His clients do not wish to have their property depreciated because of the proposed industrial zoned property adjacent to theirs. Attorney Albert Kueffner a resident of Rohleder's Oak Grove Addit1øn explained the polution in a near by pond resulting from an industrial firm. Mr. Kueffner suggested a comprehensive plan of the Village be worked out. He was infQrmed by the Council that a Planner for the Village has been hired for that purpose. James McSherry of 2865 Fairview and Mr. Miller who owns property on Fairviewï East of the property il'l question, stated they objected to tle proposed rezo~. The Village Clerk will pest notification in a store located at the Southwest comer of Cleveland and County Road nDn regarding all futve rezoning matters.
