Mrs. Engler <br />owns and lives on the property directly to the East of the property which is the subject <br />of this application. She also owns an easement over the Easterly 20 feet of the <br />applicant's property. <br />At the time of the writing of this letter, our client had not yet decided whether <br />to object to the grant of the "special use" permit which the applicant seeks. If she <br />decides to make this objection, we will be present at your hearing December 10, 1984. <br />Our immediate concern has been the protection of her easement over the Easterly <br />20 feet of the applicant's property.
