2.01. Contractors are encouraged to contact the Engineering Department at 651-792- <br />7004 or engineering@Cityofroseville.com, or contact provided on the RFQ cover <br />sheet, with questions. <br /> <br />2.02. All quotes must be emailed to the Engineering Department at <br />engineering@Cityofroseville.com, or the contact provided on the RFQ cover <br />sheet, no later than 11:30 a.m. (CST) February 16, 2024, to be considered eligible, <br />unless otherwise approved by City staff. See Section 7 for details on how to <br />submit a proposal. <br /> <br />3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL COLLECTIONS <br /> <br />3.01. Contractor Service Requirements <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees to provide comprehensive Clean Up Day services as described in <br />the Proposal. <br /> <br />3.02. Collection Vehicle Equipment Requirements <br /> <br />All collection vehicles used in performance of the Contract shall be duly licensed and <br />inspected by the State of Minnesota and meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws, <br />rules, regulations, standards, and industry best practices. <br /> <br />All vehicles must be clearly identified on both sides with Contractor <br />telephone number or website address. <br /> <br />3.03. Personnel Requirements <br /> <br />Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and <br />specifications of this Agreement including, but not limited to, a portable toilet, collection <br />area signs and directional signs. The Contractor will provide an Event Supervisor to <br />oversee the crews servicing the Clean Up Day. The Event Supervisor will coordinate <br />service with the City <br /> <br />Contractor <br />and ensure that all personnel maintain a positive attitude with the public and in the <br />workplace and shall: <br /> <br />a) Conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner and use no abusive or foul <br />language. <br /> <br />b) Perform their duties in accordance with all existing laws and ordinances and <br />future amendments thereto of the Federal, State of Minnesota, and local <br />governing boards. <br /> <br />5 of 15 <br />CUD 2024-26 Specs.docx <br />Qbhf!269!pg!335 <br /> <br />
