Roll C~ Ayes (5)-Nayes(0). <br /> <br />William Reiling stated that he did not receive notice from the Council in relation V.Swanson <br />to a rezoning of a certain property owned by one Victor Swanson. He was informed Property <br />that notice was given to him by the Planning Commission and that no further notice <br />is necessary. Mr. Reiling stated that the Council has been treating him unfairly. <br />Mayor Kitts referred to the Attorney's report of September 4, which informed the <br />Council that the rezoning which took place was legal. Mr. Reiling was ruled out <br />of order. <br /> <br />Banister Engineering submitted a certified copy of a resolution of the City of <br />St. Paul approving plans and specifications for Projects 3 ~ld 4 of Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 for the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />A letter from Lametti & Sons was read with reference to thei,r contract for <br />Sêãlitary Sewer Improvement #1, project #1, requesting that they be @ranted <br />a mimimum of a 2l day extension of time for completion of the contract. <br /> <br />Request Wª,S also made bY Peter Lametti for6a time extension to complete <br />Project ff'¿ from Sept 15, to Uctober 1, 19.? . <br />Mr. Tom ~ch from the Ellerbee Company architects for State Farm Insurance <br />presented a letter stating that the buiiding will be rea<ÌV for occupanQY on <br />'the 1st of October, therel"ore having the sevIer ready by that date is of" g..t <br />importance to them. <br /> <br />McGee Moved, Ha.IIll1E rsten Seconded the Clerk be iBstructed to write Peter Lametti <br />Construction Company and Lametti and Sons informJ.ng them that it is urgent that <br />the sewer be cmmpleted by October 1.~ and doubtful whether additional tIDe can be <br />granted. The Engineer will bring <br />:in a report as to the cost for the Village renting pJ.pe and carrying out the work. <br /> <br />The C}rk read a letter from the Board of County Commissioners giving notice of their <br />approval on the application of the Village to construct Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />4l on certain County roads listed in the letter. WOÐding on a portion of the letter <br />flas not clear. The Clerk and Roger Short were instructed to make a written request <br />for rewording. <br /> <br />11.11'. Jernberg reported on the Comprehensive plan for the Village and stated that <br />the Planning Commission recommends adoption of the plan.
