Mr.. Kerwin asked if the Village could legally stop the owner <br />from gOlng on w~th his plans. It was thought that the Village ,,¡QuId either <br />have to condemn or purchase the property. <br /> <br />The buil~ ins~ector reported that upon investigating the premises on Rambler Dirt Pit <br />Road and Pascal J.n relation to the conaition of a dirt pit at that location, <br />he has found the usual conditions prevailing when dirt is being removed; and <br />not particularly dangereus as the diggers are ]a aving sloping banks and there <br />is no loose sand.
