For <br />those product offerings, please provide a short description of what is available from your <br />firm, and the costs associated with those offerings. <br /> <br />The City anticipates having three sets of staff users: Administrative, Payment Processing, <br />and Support. Administrative users are those who utilize the system by setting up activities, <br />managing facility rentals, and creating reports. Payment Processing staff have the <br />responsibility to work directly with customers to process payments either over the phone <br />or in-person.
