Communicate final plan as needed. <br />City Manager, staff, and December/January <br />Committee <br /> <br />Budget Assumptions <br />The work plan assumes the CENTER will: <br /> Prepare for and facilitate 4-5 Committee, meetings (1.5 to 2 hours each approximately three weeks <br />apart.) <br /> Prepare worksheets, agendas, and notes from all meetings as needed. <br /> Review and suggest strategic highlights of employee (if available) and community surveys. <br /> Draft initial and final strategic plan for adoption. <br /> Asist leadership staff in final editing of outcomes and measures as needed. <br /> <br />The estimated number of hours for the full process is based on the following assumptions and billed at the <br />standard rate of $175/hour. These assumptions are open to negotiation and will be clarified before official <br />launch of the project. Billing will be submitted monthly by the CENTER only for hours worked with a <br />summary of activities. The estimated costs are based on five Committee meetings. However, if the final <br />meeting is not needed, the costs will be reduced. <br /> <br />Task Hours Costs <br />Community and employee $1,050.00 <br /> Pre-work. Review results from employees (if <br />surveys <br />available) and community surveys to identify <br />potential strategic items and propose areas for <br />alignment with vision/aspirations documentation. <br /> Establish meeting schedule in consultation with <br />CITY <br />6 hours <br />Consultation Prepare materials, facilitate four to five1.5 to 2-hour $3,500.00 to <br />committee meetings, develop agendas and pre-$4,375.00 <br />planning+ documentation <br />20 to 25 hours <br />Advisory InputPrepare questions for advisory input on draft plan. $175.00 <br />1 hour <br />Draft and final plans Prepare draft strategic plan, edit plan for final $1,050.00 <br />approval. <br />6 hours <br />Total Estimated Consultation 33 to 38 hours @ $175/hour$5,775.00 to <br />Budget $6,650.00 <br />Qbhf!3:!pg!2:4 <br /> <br />
