Lower-Potency Hemp Retailer; and <br />146 <br />147 4.Medical cannabis combination businesses. <br />148 <br />149 318.06 PROCESSING REGISTRATION. <br />150 <br />151 Applications for registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis based on <br />152 the City receiving a complete application and payment of all fees. Applications will be <br />153 considered complete when all materials in Section 318.07, including all required <br />154 information, are received by the City. The date a certification under Section 318.03 is <br />155 issued will have no impact on the applicant’s registration processing and is not an <br />156 indication that the cap on registrations has not been met. <br />157 <br />158 318.07 APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION. <br />159 <br />160 All applicants for initial registrationor renewal registration must submit a registration <br />161 application or renewal form provided by the City. The form may be amended from time <br />162 to time by the City Manager, but must include or be accompanied by: <br />163 <br />164 A. Name of the property owner; <br />165 <br />166 B.Name and date of birth of the applicant; <br />167 <br />168 C.Address and parcel ID for the property for which the registration is sought; <br />169 <br />170 D. Certification that the applicant complies with the requirements of this Chapter; <br />171 <br />172 E. Fee Required. At the time of initial application, and prior to the City’s <br />173 consideration of any renewal application, each Cannabis Retailer must pay, as <br />174 established in the City’s fee schedule, the following fees: <br />175 <br />176 1. At the time of initial registration: <br />177 i. An initial registration fee. The initial registration fee will pay for <br />178 the costs of registration and the cost of the first year of operation. <br />179 ii.
