<br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />139 <br />140 B.The following businesses are not subject to the cap on registration under <br />141 Paragraph A above: <br />142 <br />143 1.Lower-Potency Hemp Retailer; and <br />144 <br />145 2.Medical cannabis combination businesses. <br />146 <br />147 318.06PROCESSING REGISTRATION. <br />148 <br />149 Applications for registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis based on <br />150 the City receiving a complete application and payment of all fees. Applications will be <br />151 considered complete when all materials in Section 318.07, including all required <br />152 information, are received by the City. An application for, or approval of, a pre-license <br />153 certification under this chapter is not considered to be an application for registration. <br />154 <br />155 318.07APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION. <br />156 <br />157 All applicants for initial registration or renewal registration must submit a registration <br />158 application or renewal form provided by the City. The form may be amended from time <br />159 to time by the City Manager, but must include or be accompanied by: <br />160 <br />161 A.Name of the property owner; <br />162 <br />163 B.Name and date of birth of the applicant; <br />164 <br />165 C.Address and parcel ID for the property for which the registration is sought; <br />166 <br />167 D.Certification that the applicant complies with the requirements of this chapter; <br />168 <br />169 E.Fee Required. At the time of initial application, and prior to the City’s <br />170 consideration of any renewal application, each Cannabis Retailer must pay, as <br />171 established in the City’s fee schedule, the following fees: <br />172 <br />173 1.At the time of initial registration: <br />174 a.An initial registration fee. The initial registration fee will pay for the <br />175 costs of registration and the cost of the first year of operation. <br />176 <br />177 b.The renewal fee for the second year of operation. <br />178 <br />179 2.At the time of the first annual renewal (prior to the second year of <br />180 operation), no fee will be due. <br />181 <br />182 3.At the time of the second annual renewal, and each year thereafter, the <br />183 renewal fee must be paid prior to the City issuing any renewal registration. <br />184 <br />RS160\\1\\975348.v7 <br />Qbhf!213!pg!745 <br /> <br />
