Utility Infrastructure: <br />41 <br />42 Sanitary Sewer System: Dale/Owasso Lift Station will be rehabbed in 2025 and a <br />43 consultant will begin design on the Cohansey Lift Station upgrade for construction in late <br />44 2025 or 2026. Additionally, a consultant is being retained to assist in development of larger <br />45 2025 and/or 2026 sewer lining project(s) to address large or critical pipe segments, and <br />46 another will be hired to perform a lift station analysis to look at lift station repairs needed <br />47 over the next 10 years. Repair of structures will occur with maintenance and PMP activities. <br />48 <br />49 Water Distribution System: Repairs and adjustments to watermain and structures will <br />50 occur with maintenance and PMP activities. The Booster Station will have improvements <br />51 made to the roof, security, interior noise attenuation, and possibly solar panels installed (if <br />52 grant funding is awarded). <br />53 <br />54 Storm Sewer System: Storm sewer associated with the Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 and <br />55 PMP will be done with Storm Sewer Funds. In addition, pipe lining is planned for Cohansey <br />56 Street, Dale Street and Wilder Avenue, improved access is planned for the Lounge Lift <br />57 Station, and staff will continue planning for a City Ditch 2 future project. The City will cost <br />58 participate in Ramsey County’s storm water improvements at Hamline Avenue and Clarmar <br />59 Avenue. A consultant will be hired to perform a lift station analysis to look at lift station <br />60 repairs needed over the next 10 years. <br />61 <br />62 4. Other Improvements: <br />63 <br />64 Lighting: Implementation of the new intersection lighting plan will continue with the <br />65 installation of ~30 new Xcel streetlights in the southwest area of the city. The Centre Pointe <br />66 Drive and Arthur Street enhanced streetlighting will also be replaced. <br />67 <br />68 5. Maintenance <br />69 <br />70 Ongoing annual maintenance related to streets, pathway, signs, retaining walls, fences, <br />71 storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. <br />72 <br />73 6.
