Attachment 1 46 Rule 4 Issue and Meeting Curfew 47 The City recognizesthat meetingsarefor the benefit of the citizens of Roseville, so meetings should 48 endby 9:00 p.m. At 10 p.m., meetingsmay be extended upon the majority vote of the City Council or 49 commission members present, but at no time willa meeting run past 11:00 p.m. If business remains on 50 the agenda, the Council or commission may continue the meeting to a future date or table such items 51 until the next meeting, if needed. 52 53 Rule 5 Recording of Meetings 54 Except for closed executivesessions authorized under state law, all meetings of the City Council and 55 commissionsshall be shown live whentechnically possible and recorded in their entirety for replaying 56 on the municipalcable channel and for web streaming except when the City Council directs by motion 57 otherwise. 58 59 Rule 6 Agenda 60 The following shall be the order of business of the City Council.
