Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> <br /> <br />2. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The intent of this section is to identify project Consultant work scope requirements and deliverables to be <br />incorporated into the overall contract for professional services. At a high level, this includes design and/or <br />documentation for the following eight work scope phases: 1) project data collection and space needs <br />programming, 2) concept site planning, 3) schematic design, 4) design development, 5) construction <br />documents, 6) construction bidding assistance and construction permitting assistance, 7) construction <br />administration, 8) project close-out assistance, and 9) neighborhood engagement. <br /> <br />2.1Required Consultant Design Team <br /> <br />Architecture (Consultant Team Lead) <br />Interior Design <br />Civil Engineering <br />Water Resource Engineering <br />Landscape Architecture <br />Structural Engineering <br />Mechanical Engineering <br />Fire Protection Engineering (full design) <br />Electrical Engineering <br />Low Voltage Engineering (full design) <br /> <br />Note: The Consultant lead shall be responsible for identifying and including any additional design team services <br />deemed necessary to successfully complete the project. For example, if not embedded in the ten (10) design <br />disciplines noted above, the Consultant shall be responsible for the design of unique Public Works components <br />including, but not limited to: <br /> <br />o Fuel system and Fuel island/canopy design. <br />o Salt shed and storage bin design. <br />o Wash bay design. <br />o Design of site yard components such as, but not limited to, gates, fencing, site walls, <br />equipment screening and monument sign(s). <br />o Preparation of SWPPP, wetland delineation, tree inventory, and site planning survey(s). <br />o Community Engagement <br /> <br />2.2Contract Exclusions (City Provided Services) <br />A.
