Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> <br />o Intermediate iterations of exterior footprint(s) and internal building layouts. <br />o Intermediate iterations of exterior building forms via 3D massing models and elevations. <br />o Intermediate iterations of parking/yard layouts. <br />o Selection of energy performance path for energy code compliance including definition of exterior <br />wall and roof assemblies. <br />o Initial coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) <br />o City of Roseville Building Official and City Planner: Attend a project introduction meeting to <br />identify any early issues and define the permitting review process/schedule. <br />o The Consultant team shall be responsible for procuring a Water Supply Flow Test to measure the <br />available water supply coming to the site. This is critical for designing the correct components and <br />ƭźǩźƓŭ ƚŅ ƷŷĻ ŅğĭźƌźƷǤƭ ǞğƷĻƩΏĬğƭĻķ ŅźƩĻ ƦƩƚƷĻĭƷźƚƓ ƭǤstem (e.g., fire sprinklers / fire pump / backup <br />generator). <br /> <br />Meetings: Consultant to define the full scope and quantity. The required meeting minimum for City <br />coordination is as follows: <br />o Regular schedule of Consultant PM and City PM check-in meetings (every other week). <br />o wĻŭǒƌğƩ ƭĭŷĻķǒƌĻ ƚŅ ķĻƭźŭƓ ƦƩƚŭƩĻƭƭ ƩĻǝźĻǞ ƒĻĻƷźƓŭƭ ǞźƷŷ ƷŷĻ /źƷǤƭ ta ΛƒƚƓƷŷƌǤΜ͵ <br />o Final DD presentation to City PMT <br />o Cost estimate review meeting. <br />o City of Roseville Development Review Committee meeting(s). <br />o Final DD presentation to City Council <br />Deliverables: Consultant to define the full scope. The required minimum is as follows: <br />o Design Development package: drawing set with outline specifications from each design team <br />discipline. <br />o Water Supply Flow Test Report. <br /> <br />2.3.D-2 Cost Estimating and City Review Period (DD) <br />ŷĻ /ƚƓƭǒƌƷğƓƷ Ǟźƌƌ ķźƭƷƩźĬǒƷĻ ƷŷĻ 5ĻƭźŭƓ 5ĻǝĻƌƚƦƒĻƓƷ ķĻƌźǝĻƩğĬƌĻƭ Ʒƚ ƷŷĻ /źƷǤƭ ğǞğƩķĻķ /a!w ŅƚƩ <br />their use in providing updated cost estimates. The Consultant shall attend a cost estimate review <br />meeting with the CMAR and include a 3-week pause in the design schedule for this budget analysis and <br />City review period. <br /> <br />2.3.E Construction Documents (100% Package) <br />Based on City acceptance, in writing, of the previous Design Development phase, the Consultant shall <br />prepare Construction Documents consisting of a full set of signed Drawings and detailed Specifications <br />from each design discipline which describe precisely how the design shall be built: materials, building <br />systems, components and assembly details, to name a few. <br /> <br />2.3.E-1 Design (CD) <br />The Consultant shall define the full scope of services required for completing the Construction <br />5ƚĭǒƒĻƓƷƭ ƦŷğƭĻ͵ ŷĻƭĻ ƷğƭƉƭ ƭŷğƌƌ ĭƌĻğƩƌǤ ĬĻ ķĻŅźƓĻķ źƓ ƷŷĻ ƦƩƚƦƚƭğƌƭ ķĻƷğźƌĻķ ǞƚƩƉ ƦƌğƓ͵ YĻǤ <br />Construction Documents work scope responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <br />o Final plans for exterior footprint(s) and internal building layouts. <br />o Final exterior building forms and elevations. <br />o Final site plans of parking/yard layouts. <br />o Completion of door hardware reviews with City PMT representatives relative to the definition of <br />hardware sets and secure door access control locations throughout the facility. <br />11 <br /> <br />RFP Α MOC & LPCDS, Roseville, MN <br />Qbhf!63!pg!354 <br /> <br />
