Architectural & Engineering Services <br /> <br />o Final coordination with the multitude of AHJ, including RCWD, Ramsey County, etc. <br />o City Council Presentation on Final Design. <br />o The full Consultant team shall participate in a 90% page- turn review meeting with the City PMT <br />and awarded CMAR. <br />o The full Consultant team shall participate in a coordination meeting with the awarded CMAR to <br />confirm bidding contractor Work Scope determinations as part of the Division 01, General <br />Requirements specifications. The meeting will compare the Construction Document drawings <br />versus specifications to identify any scope gaps in the bidding work scopes. This meeting is critical <br />to assist with finding missing work scope items shown in the drawings but not in the <br />corresponding specifications sections, or vice versa. <br /> <br />Meetings: Consultant to define the full scope and quantity. The required meeting minimum for City <br />coordination is as follows: <br />o Regular schedule of Consultant PM and City PM check-in meetings (every other week). <br />o wĻŭǒƌğƩ ƭĭŷĻķǒƌĻ ƚŅ ķĻƭźŭƓ ƦƩƚŭƩĻƭƭ ƩĻǝźĻǞ ƒĻĻƷźƓŭƭ ǞźƷŷ ƷŷĻ /źƷǤ͸ƭ ta ΛƒƚƓƷŷƌǤΜ͵ <br />o 90% page- turn review meeting with the City PMT. <br />o CMAR bidding Work Scope definition review meeting. <br />o City of Roseville City Council plan review meeting (Consultant team lead only). <br />Deliverables: Consultant to define the full scope. The required minimum is as follows: <br />o 100% Construction Documents package: Drawings and Specifications. <br />o City Council presentation <br /> <br />2.3.E-2 Cost Estimating and City Review Period (CD) <br />The Construction Document phase will require seƌĻĭƷźǝĻ ǞƚƩƉ ƭĭƚƦĻ ĬǒķŭĻƷ ĭŷĻĭƉƭ ĬǤ ƷŷĻ /źƷǤ͸ƭ <br />awarded Construction Manager (CMa) at 75% CD completion and 90% CD completion to confirm the <br />budget remains on track ahead of the bidding phase. As such, the Consultant shall issue progress <br />check set documentation from all design team disciplines at 75% completion and for the noted 90% <br />page- turn review meeting. <br /> <br />2.3.F Bidding Assistance and Permitting Assistance <br />The Consultant shall define the full scope of services required for assisting the City and the awarded CMAR <br />with the competitive bidding and permitting of the project in accordance with the State of Minnesota <br />laws. <br /> <br />2.3.F-1 Bidding Assistance <br />The Consultant shall coordinate with the City and CMAR for the solicitation of competitive bids. This <br />includes participation in a pre-bid meeting by the full Consultant team and answering questions from <br />potential bidders via narrative format and/or revisions to the drawings and specifications. The bidding <br />question/answer process may require change of work documentation with revisions to drawings <br />and/or specifications issued via Addenda. <br />Meetings: Consultant to define the full scope and quantity. The required meeting minimum for City <br />coordination is as follows: <br />o Pre-bid meeting (Full team) <br />o Bid Opening meeting (Consultant team lead only) <br />Deliverable(s): Consultant to define the full scope.
