where Lexington Shoppes is currently located will be demolished and a new MOC yard, <br />storage building, storage bins and fuel system would be constructed north of Woodhill. <br />Attachments G, H, I & J include the initial concept drawings and past studies completed <br />for the Project available at the time of release of this RFQ. <br />The CityÓs Project Budget includes the following project budgets: <br />Description Budget <br />Expansion & Remodel of Maintenance and $60,800,000 <br />Operations Center <br />Construction of License and Passport Center, $14,500,000 <br />and Dance Studio <br />These budgets are for delivery of the project including all soft costs, fees, and Owner <br />provided FFE. <br />Core Project Team <br /> Owner Î City of Roseville (hereinafter Owner or City): Public Works and Parks and <br />Recreation Department Representatives, Finance Staff (including License Center) <br />and City Manager. <br /> Architect Î to be determined by an RFP that will be released in late July 2025 <br /> <br />The selected CMaR will be responsible for providing all services, pending required City <br />Council approvals. Contracts for the construction of the project will be held and directly <br />managed by the CMaR by direct contracts with its Subcontractors on competitively bid <br />and CMaR awarded Subcontracts, after review and approval by the City for compliance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.463.
