3.4. RFP Addenda <br /> <br />Any Consultant questions pertaining to clarifications of RFP content will be itemized with City <br />response information and distributed to ALL potential RFP respondents via Addendum. This City <br />provided Addendum document will be emailed to all Proposers by 4:00 PM on Wednesday <br />September 17, 2025. <br /> <br />Any addendum issued will become a part of the RFP. The City may modify or clarify the RFP by <br />issuing one or more addenda to all parties who have received the RFP. Each Responder must <br />follow the directions on the addendum. Addenda will be numbered consecutively in the order <br />they are issued. In such an event of an addendum, all responding Respondents will be afforded <br />the opportunity to revise their Proposals to accommodate the RFP addendum. Any addenda to <br />this RFP will be e-mailed by the single point of contact. Respondents will be responsible for <br />meeting the requirements of all addenda and will acknowledge receipt of all addenda by <br />completion and attachment of Attachment B of the RFP to their Proposal. Only additional <br />information provided by formal written addenda shall be incorporated into the RFP for <br />clarification or response. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal <br />effect and cannot be relied upon by Responders. <br /> <br />3.5. Proposal Submission – Content and Format <br />SUBMITTAL PACKAGE <br />The RFP submittal package must include: <br />a. Attachment A – Proposal Declaration and Acknowledgement <br />b. Attachment B – Addenda Acknowledgement <br />c. Attachment C – Required Responses to RFP <br />d. Attachment D –Required Forms for Construction Manager at Risk <br /> <br />SUBMITTAL FORMAT <br />The submittal format shall be as follows: <br />® <br />a. File Format: Digital copy Adobe Portable Document Format (.PDF) sent to the Project <br />Manager listed in section 2.1. <br />b. Contents: As per the required attachments <br />c. Page Numbering: All Pages will be numbered. <br />d. Font Size: Use 11 pt or larger. <br />e. Submittal Content Order: The contents of your proposal shall be ordered in the same <br />sequence as the content of the attachments of this RFP. <br /> <br />3.6. Quantities and Electronic and Hard Copy Submission <br />Send via email to the Project Manager listed in section 2.1. If the proposal file has a digital file <br />size larger than 5 MB, then Responder will provide a share file transfer link via email for <br />downloading the PDF. <br /> <br />Deliver three (3) hard copies of the Proposal to the Project manager’s mailing address noted <br />above in a sealed package clearly marked as follows: <br /> <br />“RFP Respond for Construction Manager Services for City of Roseville <br />MOC & LPCDS” <br />Roseville MOC and LPCDS 11 <br />PW25-01 <br />RS160\\21\\1038443.v3 <br />Qbhf!345!pg!:15 <br /> <br />
