2026-2028 Crisis Response Grants RFP <br /> <br />For the purposes of this section, a subaward to another entity would be to carry out a portion of the project <br />award. It creates a relationship with the grantee and the project implementation. Characteristics of an <br />organization having a subaward to another entity include: <br /> A subaward with an entity that determines program eligibility. <br /> A subaward with an entity whose performance is measured in relation to whether the objective of <br />your proposal are met. <br /> A subaward with an entity that is responsible for the adherence to applicable program requirements <br />specified in the proposal. <br /> A subaward with an entity that uses funds to carry out a program for public purpose specified in the <br />program as opposed to providing goods or services for the benefit of the program. <br />Application Information <br />A. Project Information <br />This information is entered into IGX and includes the contact information for the individuals responsible for <br />the grant as well as other basic grant information. NOTE: the funds requested amount will come from the <br />budget form. <br /> <br />B. Narrative <br /> Download the narrative template from the Narrative form in IGX and make a copy of the template to <br />complete your project’s narrative. <br /> The maximum length of the narrative document is 10 pages, with 1” margins, single spaced, and with <br />11-point font size. <br /> Prepare your narrative by answering each item in the order they are listed in the template. <br /> Proposals are scored based on your responses to these questions. Do not include any additional pages <br />or supplemental materials; these will not be provided to reviewers. <br /> When ready to submit, upload the narrative as an attachment in IGX. <br /> <br />The narrative template is composed of the following items: <br /> <br />1. Organizational Overview (6 points) <br />2. Current Grantees/ New Applicants (15 points) <br />3.Community Engagement & Partnerships(27points) <br />4.
