Turnlund, Village Clerk

Mr. Turnlund also produced an affidavit of mailing the assessment
notice to all property owners appearing on the County Treasurer's
tax roll within 30 days prior to the assessment hearing.

The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consider-
ation of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All
persons present were then given an opportunity to present oral
objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with the
Village Clerk were presented and considered, and all such objections
were tabulated as follows:

Mr. Frank Graham of Briggs and Morgan, representing Har-Mar, Inc.
Objected to the assessment on the grounds that it's improperly
calculated. He said that originally it was understood the cost of
acquiring the right of way would be assessed back to abutting pro-
perty owners and that the cost for a particular piece of property
would be assessed back against that particular piece of property.
They feel this has not been done.

After a discussion of the comments and objections the assessment
hearing was closed.

Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. l063
adopting and confirming assessments for Widening of County Road
B, Pascal Avenue to Snelling Avenue Street Improvement be adopted.
Roll Call.
