Said he would <br />oppose any additional water being directed onto their property <br />from this road. Also said that the grade of the road could be <br />something that might affect the value of their property. <br /> <br />N~. NORWAN REDUNZ, 1812 Lovell: (Representative for King <br />of Kings Church) ~anted to know the plans for changing street <br />grades between Dale and Rice. <br /> <br />MR. 'NILLIAM B. NOLAN, 2646 Galtier: In favor of the improve- <br />ment, primarily for safety reasons. <br /> <br />MR. HARVEY SELL, 71n "L Grandviev': Asked if there was a <br />proposed gross weight limit for County Road C so that the heavy <br />trucks would be eliminated. <br /> <br />The following ccmmunicaticns were received: <br /> <br />~~. NORBERT PEKA, 384 W. County Road C: Objected to the <br />improvement because of the increase of traffic. <br /> <br />IvR. THOMAS blILLMUS of Wi llmus Propert ies, 2025 W. County <br />Road C: Said he is unable at this time to voice either approval <br />or disapproval of the improvement since the detailed information <br />he needs is not available. <br /> <br />MR. JOE L. ~~G, 474 W. County Road C: Opposed to improve- <br />ment because of additional assessments, and increase in traffic <br />and speed. <br /> <br />There being no further persons desiring to be heard on <br />Improvement 66-10, the hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented affidavits showing publication <br /> <br />of Notice of Hearing on prcposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. 66-11 <br /> <br />(Area II) in accordance ~ith the resolution adopted January 29, <br /> <br />1966 which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and <br /> <br />was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also <br /> <br />presented a Certificate showing mailing of notices of the public <br /> <br />hearing to affected property owners. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated <br />
