~ffi. JOSEPH LEON, 2959 Patton Road: Said he thinks the
Omajority of the water comes down that Stanbridge area and goes
down through that corner lot at the corner of Manson and Stan-
bridge" and that's the only place he thinks could be construed
as even close to excessive velocity and water depth.

MR. DAVID GRIGAL, 2522 Stanbridge: Asked if this improve-
ment would be put in at a later date if not constructed now.

Improvement ST-72-14

~ffi. JOHN MEIER, 2776 N. Oxford: Said there's a bad water
problem on his corner where proposed Judith meets Oxford.
There's a tile running under the road between three and four feet
deep and in the spring this ices up. Commented that a little
girl fell in it last week and the water comes at a severe velo-
city. In favor of the improvement.

DR. JAMES BERRY, l059 Woodhill Drive: lIThis project was
proposed in 1969 for 1970 and at that time the Oxford Street
extension was added and at that time we raised a question
regarding the completion of new County Road C and that this
should be considered only contingent upon that completion. II
His second question had to do with the extension of Oxford and
whether it would be a one or two way street and in what direc-
tion, and also how controlled it would be at Woodhill Drive
and Oxford. Third, he asked for a comparison of the cost figures
in 1969 and now. Fourth, he asked if the pumping station would
circumvent the necessity to dredge Bennett Lake. In favor of
the improvement.

~~. GENE BAHNEMANN, 2656 Lexington: Said the map of the
improvement shows the old Bennett Lake and an easement that
runs on the northeast corner of his property comes down into
his property and then is piped under the railroad tracks and
into new Bennett Lake. He asked, "when this water comes down
this storm sewer in Bennett Lake, are they going to pump it
out of the east end?lI The answer was "yesll and Mr. Bahnemann
asked, IIwhat will happen to the culvert', under the railroad
tracks?" IVlr. Short replied that it would remain full of water.
Mr. Bahnemann said the project wouldn't help him because he
would still get the back up from Bennett Lake.

MR. \~LTER PARSONS, 2730 North Oxford: Presented a peti-
tion to the council covering every home on North Oxford in-
cluded'in the improvement, every home on North Churchill in-
