It was said that Northern States Power has put up some poles but they will take them down. Where do we go from there, and I guess that's the thing I failed to hear. MR. HONCHELL: Northern States Power, with the insistence of the property owners and of the city, did reluctantly agree to put up three lights that are there now. It's their policy, however, not to have this type of light in an underground electrical system and they have told us that really at any time they so choose, they could take those out and we really donlt have much of a (inaudible) to have them leave them in because they went in with the understanding this was conditional lighting and if they take those out there really is no other alternative other than go into some sort of street lighting system like this because they will not put in a lesser level of lighting. MAYOR LINEBARGER: I believe you stated 11 was the minimum. MR. HONCBELL: I think I got them down to 11. MAYOR LINEBARGER: Anyone else that wants to speak? MR.
