too many lights in there. Myself, if we're (inaudible) a year
for street lights - we've had window peepers and I know many of
my neighbors have had problems. (inaudible) and I'm in favor
of it.

MR. DONOVAN J. FISHER, 640 Heinel Drive: One thing I
missed, and that is, what is our alternative other than these
lights. I missed that. It was said that Northern States Power
has put up some poles but they will take them down. Where do
we go from there, and I guess that's the thing I failed to hear.

MR. HONCHELL: Northern States Power, with the insistence
of the property owners and of the city, did reluctantly agree
to put up three lights that are there now. Would they be in the middle of the lots?

MR. HONCHELL: The so'-called 11 light system would still
be on lot lines except where you -

. . . Reporter changing tape

MR. NORQUAL: I had my name on both petitions. Ilm in
favor of lighting but that $23,000 figure - if we could get it
closer to $10 a year - that would be more than I would be
looking for.

MR.
