is what is (inaudible) the wild life (inaudible) nice people there
giving those ducks a lot of food. This essentially sets up some of
the problems that we're trying to relate to.

The proposed solutions to these problems, trying to take them
in pretty much the same order we started, would be to include i.n a
pipe that section of the drainage system that has the heavy erosion,
to run a new pipe to clean up the flooding area, and one I didn1t
mention - occasionally so much water going through the small cul-
vert that it overflows the road, and we propose to put a small
piece just under the roadv17ay. This is at Cleveland north of County
Road C. We propose to pick up the water coming southerly on
Fairview from County Road D before it enters between the garage
and the house and gets into the back yard. For that portion that's
in fact, low in the back yard we will put a catch basin in to pick
up and take it away - pick up the street drainage (inaudible) a
controlled section of pipe and outlet through a swampy area to try
and have the swamp grass, reeds, do as good a job as possible at
phosphate and nitrate removal, and to also settle out any sedi-
ments or suspended solids that are in the water. At the present
time the plans call for picki.ng up the 10\'\7 areas at Mildred and
taking them to what is essentially the best receiving facility near
the corner of Lydia and Mildred, and pick up this water comi.ng to
C-2 from the various directions and take it up where it would exit
into - we don't know which side of the lake yet. That would be
done in the final study - to put in a new equalizer pipe under
the existing sanitary sewer system to aid in the mix to make sure
it continues and provide drawdown facilities in the future, and
put a new pipe under C-2 to again aid in the mix and the drawdown
features in the future. DNR feels that if things go badly, one
thing they would consider is draw water down at a specific aren
and (inaudible) replanting and this would provide that capability.

We propose to pick up the commercial and industrial that now
(inaudible) drains, put in a pipe section (inaudible) to pick up
and intercept the water corning to the PIR terminal site, draw it
down to this location where it runs right now in an open ditch
to this area and enclose that in a pipe as well to eliminate
erosion, and picking up the additional undesirable material that
can be obtained and bring this into what is called a siltation
basin. We would be constructing a burmed area across that facility,
providing a (inaudible) or some type of control that would allo'V}
us to better meter and hold back and retain that material 30 that
the siltation progress can occur that the suspended solids would
settle to the bottom rather than go in the lake. Also, it would

4
