Council Minutes May 9, 1983 -3- E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Allen Carrier's request for minor variance to front yard setback at 1040 County Road C-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. E-2 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Joseph Peck's request for di vision of lot at 1748 Al ta Vista Drive be approved with the following conditions: 1) That a publi c water main be constructed running through the southerly portion of the Peck property from Alta Vista Drive to Dale Street, and north on Dale to serve the properties on Dale. 2) That an easement for water and sanitary sewer be provided on the southerly portion of the Peck property. 3) That the driveway for the home on the easterly lot be designed to allow access onto Dale Street in a forward di recti on. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. E-3 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Roberts Construction request for variances at 1948 County Road C be approved with the follow- ing condi ti ons : I) That the applicant work out the details of the exterior of the building with City staff. 2) That the development be constructed ln accordance with plans dated March 2, 1983. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, to instruct the staff to prepare an amendment to Section 72 .160 of the Ci ty Code to allow more than one building to use a sewer service, if the proposed building exceeds a certain distance to the City's sewer system and involves special circumstances because of railroad facilities or streets.
