<br />2) That all driveways be a maximum of 22 feet wide in the

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Hamline Liquor's, Inc.
<br />application for off-sale liquor license at 2819 North Hamline
<br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Graham Investment's, Inc.
<br />application for off-sale liquor license at 1706 North
<br />Lexington Avenue be approved with the condition that insurance,
<br />bond and articles of incorporation be provided prior to
<br />issuance of the license. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that C.R. Hakworthy's request
<br />for rezoning, division of lot, and variance at 171 Center
<br />Street be continued to the October 8, 1984 Council Meeting.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that T.G.I. Friday's request
<br />for rezoning and special use permit at 2665 Snelling Frontage
<br />Road East be continued to the September 10, 1984 Council
<br />Heeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that TGI Thursday's, Inc.
<br />d/b/a T.G.I. Friday's, application for on-sale and special
<br />Sunday liquor licenses at 2665 Snelling Avenue Frontage
<br />Road East be continued to the Council Meeting of September
<br />10, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Ordinance 959, amdending
<br />chapters 140 and 141 of the City Code exempting non-profit
<br />recycling organizations from certain requirements of the
<br />garbage, rubbish and trash collectors requirements of the
<br />City Code be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Demos seconded that the Mayor and City Manager
<br />be authorized to execute the Memorandum of Understanding for
<br />the Housing Alliance Project. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
