<br />Counci I Minutes <br />Augus t 13, 1984 <br />-4- <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded that Juanita Grayden's request <br />for preliminary plat at 2254 Western be approved with the <br />following conditions, <br /> <br />JUAN ITA GRA YDEN <br /> <br />1) That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Capitol <br />View. <br /> <br />2) That approval be subject to staff reVlew of topography <br />and utilities. <br /> <br />3) That the garage be removed or brought into conformance <br />within one year from the time of filing the final plat. <br /> <br />4) That the additional utility charges be paid. <br /> <br />5) That the Traffic Safety Committee review traffic <br />conditions at the corner of Capitol View Drive and <br />Western Avenue and report to the Council in the future. <br /> <br />and establishing the Council public hearing on the final <br />plat for the September 10, 1984 Council Meeting. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 Kehr moved, Curley seconded that Richard Wallin's request for RICHARD WALLIN <br />minor variance to north side yard setback to bring the existing <br />driveway into conformance at 1849 Western be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-4 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Glen Davidson's request for GLEN DAVIDSON <br />minor variance to allow the construction of a house within <br />15 feet of the rear yard property line at 1780 County Road <br />C-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-5 Demos moved, Curley seconded that an ordinance be prepared DISCUS CORPORATION <br />amending chapter 151.130 of the City Code by changing the <br />two on-sale liquor licenses limited to hotels in tax <br />increment areas to one license. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />.Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-6 Kehr moved, Demos seconded to approve a lakeshore excavation GEORGE REILING <br />permi t for George Reiling for removal of material on the <br />east side of Victoria, opposite Orchard Lane, in accordance <br />with the conditions accompanying the application. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-7 Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Roger Van Bergen's ROGER VAN BERGEN <br />application for on-sale wine license at 2393 North Rice <br />Street be considered at the Council Meeting of September 10, <br />1984. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br />
