<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that United
<br />Federal Bank's request for sign variance at
<br />1715 W. County Road B-2 be approved with the
<br />condition that the electronic sign message
<br />remain stationary a minimum of thirteen
<br />minutes. If a less restrictive requirement
<br />is adopted, the new requirement shall apply
<br />for this sign. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the plans
<br />and specifications for the reconstruction of
<br />County Road C between Herschel Avenue and
<br />Pascal Avenue, identified as County State Aid
<br />Project 62-623-24, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the agree-
<br />ment with Ramsey County, identified as Agree-
<br />ment No. 86003, establishing the responsibilities
<br />of each party for County State Aid Project 62-
<br />623-24 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7876, restricting parking along both sides of
<br />County Road C between Herschel and Pascel Avenue,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Thienes' request for minor variance at 284 S.
<br />McCarrons Boulevard be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Douglas
<br />Heck's request for minor variance at 2165 St.
<br />stephens be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Solar Car
<br />Wash request for extension of Special Use
<br />Permit at 1315 W. Larpenteur Avenue to
<br />November 14, 1986 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7877, urging support of the "Hands Across
<br />America" and the "Hands Across the Twin Cities"
<br />projects for the hungry and homeless be adopted.
