<br />E- 8 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the City of
<br />Roseville reprentatives on the North Suburban Cable
<br />Commission be approved to serve on the North
<br />Suburban Access Corporation, pursuant to City
<br />Ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E- 9 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the petition
<br />for pathway on County Road C, from Lexington to
<br />Oxford, and from approximately six hundred feet
<br />west of Victoria to Victoria, identified as
<br />Project M-85-36 be accepted, and establishing
<br />May 19, 1986 for consideration of this project.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the petition
<br />for a pathway on County Road B-2, from Rosedale
<br />to Lexington Avenue, identified as Project M-85-
<br />30 be accepted, and establishing May 19, 1986,
<br />for consideration of this project. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the petition
<br />for a pathway on County Road B, from Cleveland
<br />to Snelling, identified as Project M-86-11, be
<br />accepted, and establishing May 19, 1986, for
<br />consideration of this project. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-10 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, establishing the
<br />Council meeting of May 19, 1986, to consider
<br />Pathway Projects M-86-12, M-86-13, M-86-06,
<br />M-85-28, and M-85-29. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-11 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Grass
<br />Lake Water Management Organization Management
<br />Plan be approved, and authorizing the staff to
<br />notify the Water Management Board of the City's
<br />approval and support for this plan. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-12 Demos moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7878, approving the plans for Project No.
<br />M-84-16, the construction of a bridge over
<br />I-35W near County Road B-2, and ordering the
<br />advertisement of bids which would be received
<br />on May 13, 1986, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
