<br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Timothy G.
<br />Hassing's request for minor variance and partial
<br />release of easement at 1035 W. Brooks be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Raymond Baker's
<br />request for minor variance at 2526 Snelling Curve
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Charles Cabinets
<br />request for a variance to a nonconforming use at
<br />3090 N. Cleveland Avenue be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Joel and Phyllis
<br />Dillner's request for preliminary plat at 2192
<br />Acorn Road be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the lot line be modified to create the
<br />proper five foot setback for the driveway,
<br />
<br />2. That an easement be granted for utilities
<br />across Lot B,
<br />
<br />3. That a drainage easement for the pond be granted,
<br />
<br />4. That the pond shall be maintained by the owner,
<br />
<br />5. That the assessments be paid,
<br />
<br />and establishing the Council Public Hearing on the
<br />final plat for June 8, 1987. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Paul L. Morgan's
<br />request for division of lot at 2265 Marion Road
<br />be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the $324.00 assessment be paid.
<br />
<br />2. That the Engineering Department prepare a
<br />drainage plan that must be approved before the
<br />building can be constructed on the new lot.

<br />request for variance to zoning ordinance at 1665

<br />that the final pond landscaping plan be approved by

<br />Kehr, and wiski. Nays: None.
