<br />tion's request for final plat at 2241-2391 Highway
<br />36 be continued to the July 13, 1987, Council meeting.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Joel and Phyllis
<br />Dillner's request for final plat at 2192 Acorn Road
<br />be continued to the July 13, 1987, Council meeting.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Marvin Lundquist's
<br />request for Special Use Permit and variance to the
<br />zoning ordinance at 1331 Larpenteur Avenue be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the permit not be issued until the right-of-
<br />way dedication and landscaping requirements are
<br />completed.
<br />
<br />2. That the fence be removed if Tires Plus ceases
<br />operation at the site.
<br />

<br />B-6 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Kayo Oil Company's KAYO OIL
<br />request for rezoning from I-1 to B-4 at 1583 County COMPANY
<br />Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1014,
<br />rezoning property at 1583 County Road C from I-1 to
<br />B-4, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Kayo Oil Company's
<br />request for Special Use Permit and variance at 1583
<br />County Road C be approved with the following condi-
<br />tions:
<br />
<br />1. That thirty feet of right-of-way be dedicated
<br />on County Road C.
<br />
<br />2. That there be a provision of a new sewer ease-
<br />ment, and that said sewer construction be com-
<br />pleted according to City specifications. The
<br />applicant shall furnish the City reproducible
<br />as-builts upon completion.
<br />
<br />3. That a concrete sidewalk be constructed on the
<br />contiguous p~lic right-of-way, subject to staff
<br />review, and/or placement of funds in escrow for
<br />sidewalk requirements.
