<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute the Section 8 Inspection Ser-
<br />vices Contract with the Metropolitan Council. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and
<br />wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for December 21, 1987, for the considera-
<br />tion of a program to remove geese on Lake Owasso and
<br />Zimmerman Lake to control the number of geese on those
<br />bodies of water. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8221,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of properties by Ramsey County, be adopted.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Roseville Chap-
<br />ter of the Minnesota Bandy Federation's request to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities on December 12,
<br />1987, at 2560 Fry Street, without obtaining a State
<br />gambling license, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that an On Sale Malt
<br />Beverage license for the Comfort Inn, 2715 Long Lake
<br />Road, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the licenses be
